- Associate Degree (D3): Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Master's/Doctorate (S2/S3): Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Who issues the Energy Manager competency certificate?
The competency certificate is issued by a BNSP-licensed LSP once the participant is assessed as competent. PT Rindu Tenang Indonesia delivers the preparatory training and arranges the assessment; RTI is not an LSP, not a PJK3 and not an accreditation body.
What are the participant requirements for the Energy Manager scheme?
They follow the scheme: a diploma (D3) with at least 3 years of experience, a bachelor's degree (D4/S1) with at least 2 years, or a master's/doctorate with at least 1 year in energy management. Documents include ID, a 3x4 photo with a red background, CV, diploma and proof of work experience.
What does the competency assessment look like?
The assessment is held on site in an online format. Participants who score at least 68 out of 100 questions are recommended as competent. The CEM professional title is granted to participants who also meet the work-experience requirement.
Can the training be held at our company site?
Yes, for company batches. The LSP verifies the suitability of the assessment venue before the schedule is set. If more practical, participants can also attend at our office at Jl. Bantam No.8, Petisah Hulu, Medan Baru — central Medan.
When is the next training schedule?
Public classes open per intake; company batches are scheduled around your target date and LSP assessor availability. Ask for the next available schedule on WhatsApp and mention your target date if you have one.
